  • When is Movement Park open?
    We’re open Sunday - Friday. Our class timetable typically starts from 1pm but our office is open from 9:30am. We close our doors at different times every night so it’s best to check our timetable here.
  • How do I get to Movement Park?
    Movement Park is at Clydeway House, 813 South Street, Glasgow, G14 0BX. We have a car park around the back of the building which is open on weekdays. You can also park on the street for free. The nearest train station is Scotstoun Hill, which is a 20 minute walk or 6 minute cycle.
  • How do I become a Movement Park member?
    Our membership is open to everyone. It is just £25 a month and for that you can attend up to three classes a week of your choosing. You also get Movement Park membership discounts on our holiday camp and birthday parties. Join our community of supermovers here.
  • How many classes can you do a week if you are a Movement Park member?
    Movement Park members can attend up to three classes a week. These can be a combination of mat, equipment and wheel based classes or just your favourite ways to move.
  • How do I book a class?
    It’s easy to book a sports class at Movement Park. Simply head over to our booking system here and click on the class you’d like to book in for and follow the steps.
  • I can’t book online, can I pay in person?
    Yes, you can but please call us on 0141 434 0002 or email us on info@movementpark.org.uk before the class to let us know.
  • How do I cancel my membership?
    If you'd like to cancel your monthly membership please get in touch with us on info@movementpark.org.uk with your name and your child's name and we will cancel your membership for you.
  • Are there classes for beginners?
    All our classes are age and stage appropriate and our coaches adapt to the individual skills and development of each member, offering varied games and challenges for all capabilities. We have new starters join us at every age and stage and they build their skills from there.
  • Can I stay with my child during the classes?
    We ask all parents to stay in the hall for the toddler classes and to participate with their child in the family sessions. Our P1+ classes and holiday camps don’t include family participation but there is a lounge area with teas and coffees for parents to wait in while the class is taking place. Alternatively you can drop off and pick up at the end of the class.
  • Do the classes take place inside or outside?
    Most of our classes, holiday camps and birthday parties take place inside our large warehouse. However, our bike classes (apart from wheelie tots) use our outdoor space and some of our parkour classes for older children use our outdoor parkour course in summer.
  • Do I need to have my own bike to join the cycling classes?
    No, we have a bike and helmet library at Movement Park that anyone who attends the class can use. Alternatively you’re welcome to bring your own bike and helmet for the classes if your prefer.
  • Do I need to have my own skateboard to join the skateboarding classes?
    No, we have a skateboard and helmet library at Movement Park that anyone who attends the class can use. Alternatively you’re welcome to bring your own board and helmet for the classes if you prefer.
  • Do I need to have my own roller skates to join the roller skate classes?
    Yes please. Roller skates, like shoes, need to fit correctly and comfortably and be hygienic. As such, they must be brought in by you.
  • What age is the toddler class for?
    You can join us as soon as your toddler is up on their feet and can walk independently. They can stay in the class all the way up to starting school and then they will transfer to the P1 - 3 sessions.
  • Do I need to have my own bike to join the wheelie tots classes?
    No, we have a selection of balance bikes and a couple of pedal bikes for our tots to use in the sessions, which is a great way to give them a shot at moving up to a pedal bike when they are ready. We advise you to bring a helmet if you can and you are welcome to bring your own balance bike if you prefer.
  • Is Movement Park safe for toddlers?
    Yes, our Movement Park toddler classes are run by trained coaches who ensure it is a safe and risk free environment for your wee one to move about. We encourage family participation to support your toddlers as they move around the room until they become more independent and develop their movement skills.
  • What age is the home school class for?
    We run a mixed age class for our home school session and home educated kids are also welcome to attend our P1+ and family classes in the evening and on Sundays.
  • My child has additional needs, and isn’t currently able to be in school, can they attend the class?
    Absolutely. We can work with you to create a welcoming environment for your child and support with one to one classes if required.
  • How much does a one to one session cost?

    Our Movement Park are birthday parties are £200 for members and £250 for non members for up to 20 children.
  • How do I book a Movement Park holiday camp?
    Our holiday camps are listed on our usual booking page here and will be open for bookings two weeks before the school holidays.
  • How much is the Movement Park holiday camp?
    Our holiday camp is £20 per day for Movement park members and £35 per day for non-members.
